What ticket options are available for purchase?
There are general admission, VIP & designated driver tickets available for each event. Take a look at the Upcoming Festivals
page for more details about each ticket type.
How many tickets are available for each event?
In an effort to give people space to mingle and play, we limit each festival to 1500 tickets. So, don’t wait too long, because space is limited! And you won’t want to miss this!
Are tickets available through any third-party vendors?
At this time, tickets are only available through kaleandalefestival.com. This keeps the cost to you down, and gives us greater control over ticket sales. Please note, all tickets
must be purchased in advance of the show. There will be no tickets available at the gate.
My plans changed. Can I exchange or return my ticket?
No, sorry. At this time, all ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Looks like rain. Will the festival be rescheduled?
No, grab your umbrella and a rain jacket, and join us for a fun day! All events are rain or shine.
Are there really gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options to eat at every festival?
Yes, we make it a point to partner with restaurants who offer brilliant vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Please note, Kale & Ale makes every effort to ensure that
vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items are free from cross-contamination, however, festival locations are not vegan or gluten-free environments. Those concerned with food
allergies need to be aware of this risk. We cannot assume any liability for the foods offered.
Are all of the food offerings vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free?
No, there is always plenty of responsibly raised and sourced meat dishes, and plenty of gluteny goodness to satisfy everyone.
How many local breweries and how many types of beer will be available to sample?
The number of local breweries will be different at each event, but every festival will have a selection of 38 different delicious craft beers to choose from.
How many restaurants will be at the festival?
There are 7 local restaurants at each event, each showcasing a selection of 2-3 different responsibly sourced and creatively prepared dishes for you to try.
What restaurants and breweries will be at the Festival?
Visit the "Upcoming Festivals" page to view Partner Information for each festival location.
You can also look at previous festival partners from the “Previous Festivals” page to see who we partnered with in years past. Please note, upcoming partners may change at any time without notice.
How much food and beer do I get to sample?
General admission & VIP tickets provide up to 84 oz of beer with your choice of 4 oz or 12 oz pours, with flight boards available for sampling. Your ticket also includes samples of
several thoughtfully sourced & prepared dishes from seven different local restaurants. Designated Driver tickets provide food-only sampling, plus all the soda and water that you can drink.
What are the options for gluten-free beer?
We make it a point to source as many locally brewed gluten-free beers and ciders as we are able. Because this can vary from location to location, we also typically have a few
gluten-free selections on hand from some of our favorite craft breweries from around the U.S.
Will there be food or beer at the festival available for sale?
No, your ticket includes beer and food samples from our partners, and no additional food or beer is for sale.
I know of or work for a really great charity! Would you consider partnering with them in my city?
Yes! Send us an email with the charity name, a little about them, some contact information for them if you have it, and what your involvement is with them. Because of the huge
amount of requests, we can’t make any promises, but we will absolutely do some research and consider them.
I’d like my restaurant or brewery to be a part of the next event in my city. How can we connect?
We love, love, love new restaurant and brewery partners! Send us an email and tell us about yourself and why you think you’d be a great fit for our next festival in your area!
We can’t wait to meet you!
Are there any age restrictions for your events? We love kids, but this is a 21 and over event.
As such, please note that a valid photo ID must be presented at the gate for admittance.
Are Kale & Ale Festivals dog friendly?
Sadly, no. We love dogs, but many venues don’t allow them, and it’s much less confusing to standardize this rule. Unless you have a service dog, in which case they are welcome.
Can I bring any food or drinks of my own to the festival?
You can absolutely bring non-alcoholic beverages, as long as they are in a sealed container (although there is plenty of water for you there). As a courtesy to our restaurant
partners, we do ask that you don’t bring your own meals (we love for you to try some new things), but we do understand that sometimes you need something specific, so if that’s
the case, feel free to pack a snack or two.
Will there be any vendors at the festivals with items available for sale?
Water and t-shirts will be sold at each festival, with 100% of all t-shirt sales proceeds going to our charity partner. We are also very excited to be working with a handful of
local artists and farmers in an effort to have them join us at future events.
What activities are planned at each festival? Is there an event schedule?
There is no set schedule, but music will be provided throughout the festival by local bands, and there will be plenty of games to play with old and new friends.
Have you considered having a festival in “insert city name here” or at “insert venue name here?”
If there’s not a festival listed in the Upcoming Festivals near you, and you haven’t just missed one (take a look at the “Previous Festivals” page to check), shoot us an email
and let us know why you think your city would be a good one for us to consider! We love to explore new places and meet new people!
I’ve seen lots of great things about Kale & Ale Festivals! When will you be in my city?
Check out our "Upcoming Festivals" page to see what we have planned next.
