With her passion for delicious and nutritious food, craft beer and live music of most any kind, Amie set out on a new mission to create an event that people would look forward to and be proud to be a part of. She wanted to offer an experience that was different from the typical beer & festival food event, to help people discover new local beers and how amazing food prepared from fresh, whole ingredients could taste. She was also determined to offer options for those who normally have to pack their own sandwich when they go (or is that just Amie?). A hippie at heart, Amie has been going to all kinds of art, music and food festivals since the early '90s when she went on the road to follow the Grateful Dead. A lot has changed since then, of course, but her love for community and the positive energy of people joining together has remained unchanged. In addition to good food, beer and music, Amie loves to cook and enjoys experimenting with all sorts of organic, vegan and gluten-free ingredients and flavors. She is also a runner, avid traveler and loves hiking and skiing when she has the chance. Amie lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband, Damion, & dog, Mazzie, and has one daughter, Sydnie, who just started her second year at OSU. Amie is also the CEO for a mortgage service company where she has been a partner since 2004, and is an enthusiastic volunteer currently working with several organizations in the central Ohio area including Dress for Success, the Mid-Ohio Food Bank and the City of Dublin.
